- The text chat has been divided into three drop-down menus to enable better control over the types of chat you want to participate in: quick chat, match, and group chat

Changes and updates
Changes to Quick Chat and Text Chat (Settings -> Chat -> Quick Chat and Text Settings)
- The “Tactical quick chat only” option has been replaced by the “Block non-tactical quick chat” checkbox
- When selected/enabled, only the following list of Quick Tactical Chats will be visible:
- it’s all yours.
- vibration!
- Centering!
- Defense…
- counterfeiting.
- Go for it!
- I got it!
- in position.
- incoming!
- Need a boost!
- on your left.
- It’s on your right.
- pass!
- Experiment!
- When checked/enabled, you will still see Quick Tactical Chats when used by players on the opposing team
- Example: The opposing player uses a “fake”. Quick chat when it’s a compliment or quick conversation reaction
- To prevent an opponent’s quick chat from appearing, see below for quick chat dropdown instructions

- Depending on your account’s parental control settings, you may not see all the chat options available in each category
Voice Chat (Settings -> Chat -> Voice Chat Settings)
- The “Enable Voice Chat” checkbox in Settings -> Chat has been replaced with a dropdown. The dropdown options include:
- Allow voice chatting with everyone
- This allows voice chatting between spectators in private matches
- Allow voice chatting with friends and colleagues only
- Allow voice chatting with friends only
- Allow Voice Chat with Nobody (Off)
- Allow voice chatting with everyone
- Depending on your account’s parental control settings, you may not see all the chat options available in each category
Player-to-player trading
- Under Settings -> Interface, a checkbox has been added for “Allow player-to-player trading”
- This checkbox controls whether you can initiate or receive trade orders
- When disabled/unchecked, you will not be able to trade with other players
Item shop
- When you make a purchase, the account username is now displayed in the purchase confirmation popup
- Added text regarding refund policy for items and packages purchased with money instead of in-game credits (eg: Painted Prestige Bundle, Season 8 Elite Pack)
Bug fixes
- [Xbox] Fixed stuttering and/or lag experienced by some players on Xbox consoles in the first 10-20 seconds of online matches
- [Xbox] Fixed a bug that was preventing some players on Xbox from seeing in-game friend requests, club invites, and party invites
