NYT: Russian Generals Encourage Their Soldiers to Rape Ukrainian Citizens

Russian commanders are encouraging their soldiers to use sexual violence against Ukrainian citizens, the New York Times reported, citing findings from the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office.
