On Tuesday, a meeting of the European Union Environment Council took place in Luxembourg. Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment Adam Guibourgé-Czetwertyński represented Poland. The subject of the meeting was the Nature Restoration Act and negotiations on CO2 emission standards for heavy vehicles and the Air Quality Directive. Poland, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria voted against or abstained from the referendum, so the Council adopted a general approach on the regulation of natural resource recovery.
