Wanderer Franco is facing “allegations of inappropriate relations with two teenage girls after a 17-year-old filed a complaint about the Star Rise in July,” Dominican media reports amid an investigation into new allegations.

Dominican Republic authorities received a complaint in July from a 17-year-old girl who reportedly dated Tampa Bay Rays All-Star Wanderer Franco, a source in the attorney general’s office revealed.

The source told the Dominican newspaper Diario Libre On Monday that the minor submitted the communication on July 17.

The report also added that she is not the same underage girl whose alleged affair with 22-year-old Franco went viral on social media on Sunday.

A spokesperson for the district attorney’s office in the town of Panni, Franco state, told DailyMail.com on Tuesday that the girl has not yet filed an incident report.

The investigation is led by Judge Olga Dina, head of the National Directorate for Boys, Girls, Adolescents and the Family, and the investigation takes place in Franco’s hometown of Bani.

The age of consent in the Dominican Republic is 18.
