As the boy was under the care of a therapist who had to give the child a disturbing diagnosis, the mother decided to install surveillance cameras throughout the house to monitor what her son was doing.
According to NBC News, two weeks before the murder, the 10-year-old’s 26-year-old sister learned from her mother that someone had turned off all the cameras.
