Apple is asking customers for feedback on Vision Pro

Apple has been asking for Vision Pro feedback since the device launched, but this week, the company started sending out surveys. We've received several reports from Vision Pro customers who were asked to share their thoughts on the device.

Apple asks about your satisfaction with Vision Pro, use environment, preferred features, what you use it for, how often you use it, and length of use sessions. Apple also asks about guest mode and who else is using Vision Pro, which is a curious question because it's not at all set up for multi-person use. some questions:

The survey is long and in-depth, and also covers other devices each respondent owns.

The rise in Vision Pro survey distribution comes as there are reports of declining interest in headphones. during the Weekend, BloombergAmazon's Mark Gurman said customers aren't interested in Vision Pro, with demand for demos in retail stores declining. In some locations, demos and sales dropped from “a few units per day to only a few in an entire week.”

Owners of the Vision Pro headphones also reported a decrease in usage, using them only once or twice a week instead of daily.

Apple will reduce the number of Apple Vision Pro units it plans to ship, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said Tuesday, which he said was a sign that demand in the United States “has fallen sharply beyond expectations.”

Kuo believes that Apple needs to address the lack of core apps, price, and convenience without affecting the user experience so that the Vision Pro can achieve success in the future.
