Filing of paper application
If you want to submit a traditional, paper application for Fertilizer Grants 2023, follow some simple steps.
- Print the PDF application (download above).
- Fill the application as per instructions.
- Attach application copies or copies of invoices (or individual account documents) confirming purchase of fertilizers under subsidy.
- Submit the application in person at your ARMA poviat office or send it by registered post.

The date of submission of application is considered as the date of dispatch through e-PUAP.

It should be noted that Agricultural Production Cooperatives and Farmers Cooperative Societies can apply for fertilizer subsidies by 2023. However, slightly different rules apply while completing and submitting the application.
According to ARMA, per cooperative request, the maximum limit of 300 hectares is determined as the product of this limit and the number of cooperative members, within 3 years prior to the submission of the application.
