The Android 13 update brings a new user interface design, featuring stacked widgets, better texture implementation with the Color Palette feature, and larger app icons for notifications. There are minor changes to the settings menu and quick setting toggle.
Samsung has also improved all the stock apps in One UI 5.0. The OCR feature in the built-in camera, gallery, and keyboard apps can extract text from images. Samsung keyboard also provides more emojis, animated emojis and AR Emojis. Performance, user interface and transitions have been improved.
The South Korean company has also improved Bixby features, Bixby Routines, and accessibility. In fact, Samsung has renamed Bixby Routines to Modes and Routines. The built-in photo and video editing software has also been improved.
