At a star-studded event like the Golden Globe Awards, it's no surprise that a slew of celebrities are finally getting the chance to meet their heroes. Although rarely do these wonderful interactions get captured on camera for the world to see.
While speaking with the outlet, Brie — an actual Oscar winner — made no secret of her happiness in the presence of Hollywood royalty.

As she tried to remind herself that she was “not in a dream,” Brie suddenly stopped in her tracks when she noticed that a certain star was standing right behind her.
“Oh my God,” she said, turning around and closing her eyes in complete awe. “I'm going to cry. I can't deal with JLo.”
Frantically amazed, Brie explained that Jennifer had first inspired her to act, and as she tried to compose herself, it became clear that her idol was on its way out.
Finally face to face, Brie nervously introduced herself to the singer, tearfully telling her: “You mean a lot to me.”
Jennifer responded to the praise by saying she's a “huge fan,” and Brie finally got the chance to share her appreciation for the icon as they held hands on the red carpet.
“I saw Selena This made me want to become an actor. “You've always meant so much to me,” she said of the 1997 film Jennifer, adding that it was a lifelong “dream” to express her thanks in person.

Jennifer was visibly moved by the candid confession, and thanked Brie profusely, before joking that she had just taken a shot to calm her nerves, too.
Once Brie left, Jennifer processed the sweet moment, telling ET, “It's amazing. I brought up the movie Selena, that after so many years it still touches people. It's very poignant for me too.
“What I remember is being a little girl and watching West Side StoryAnd Rita Moreno Reflecting on her own inspirations, she added: “It changed my life.” “So, for someone to say to me, 'I watched.' Selena “And that made me want to become an actress. It's very moving.”
