Candice Owens pulls Lizzo off to defend Kanye West

Conservative commentator Candice Owens hit back at critics who tore her up with Kanye “Ye” West for wearing “White Lives Matter” T-shirts — and even brought music star Lizzo to her lecture.

Owens, during part of it daily wire podcast, She defended her and West’s clothing choice during Paris Fashion Week where she said black Americans should care more about abortion, “black-on-black” crime, education standards and obesity, which is what happened when she hooked Lizzo in her rant.

“You know what we had to do, we should have put a ‘White Lives Matter’ T-shirt on the Lizzo,” Owens said. “Maybe we could have gotten a lot more attention about obesity and how it’s actually killing black Americans.”

Obesity is one of the leading causes of death in the United States, According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Owens’ shout-out to the “White Lives Matter” controversy started right at the top of her show after posting a picture of her with West in T-shirts across social media.

“There is a deep irony and a sad irony when you consider that wearing the T-shirt caused such a worldwide jolt,” Owens said. “White Lives Matters T-shirt, which should be implied, is correct.

“White lives matter, black lives matter, Asian lives matter — that must be implicit, and yet people are angry and they are acting fiercely online because they don’t believe we have the audacity to detract from the movement and it’s a lie: ‘The Black Lives Matter movement is important.’”

West, which now passes by Yi, faced harsh criticism On social media via the “White Lives Matter” statement.
