David Beckham has sued Mark Wahlberg for alleged losses after a trademark deal with F45 Training, in which the Hollywood A-lister has a 36 percent interest and is the chief trademark officer, fell through.

Beckham claims he lost $10 million out of pocket when he was only given shares promised to the legendary footballer after stock prices plummeted.
He is also suing Wahlberg's investment company – Mark Wahlberg Investment Group – along with F45 founders Adam Gilchrist and Rob Deutsch, who launched the company in 2012 in Australia.

Beckham first tried to file a lawsuit alongside LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman, who had his own issue with the F45, in 2022 in court in California, but a judge ruled they had to file separate suits.
F45 had announced a partnership with Beckham in 2021 and Beckham said in a statement At the time it was Wahlberg who got him into it.
