Novi, Michigan. – Looking for a big screen to watch the big playoff game between the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams this weekend? Maybe a movie theater might be enough.
Emagine Theaters will show Lions on Sunday, January 14, for free at several of its locations across Southeast Michigan. The first leg kicks off at 8pm, but those interested in watching the game in the theater must arrive early.
Here's how it will work:

Participating Emagine theaters include those in: Canton Township, Farmington Hills, Novi, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, Saginaw, Saline and Woodhaven.

Tickets are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

Tickets can be collected from the box offices of participating theaters starting at 5pm on Sunday 14 January. Tickets cannot be received sooner.

There is a limit of eight tickets per group at the box office. If there is a group of more than eight people, more tickets may be obtained if everyone is present at the time of collection.

Officials say the concessions will be available for purchase at theaters. Giveaways will be held at participating theaters during halftime.
After wrapping up the regular season last Sunday with their 12th win — a 30-20 win over the Minnesota Vikings — the Detroit Lions are preparing for their first playoff run since 2017. This Sunday's game is not only the first Lions playoff game to be held at home at Ford Field in three decades. – The team will also face former quarterback Matthew Stafford.
