Kacey Musgraves has revealed that she suffered a wardrobe malfunction during an appearance on Saturday Night Live.
Country singer I took to X (formerly known as Twitter) on Sunday to point out that she had forgotten to remove a section of her hair before taking to the stage with actress Sydney Sweeney over the weekend.
She reposted a photo of herself during the comedy show's closing credits wearing a long denim dress with a thigh-high slit and knee-high boots. She completed her look with a white clip to hold her straight hair in place.
While the clip appeared to be part of Musgraves' look, she seemed horrified by the omission, writing: “The clip. I forgot to remove the clip.”

She didn't notice the minor wardrobe malfunction until after the hitmaker turned her body to hug the “Euphoria” star.
However, fans reassured Musgraves, 35, that she had nothing to worry about.
“Looks good on you girl,” one wrote.
“Girl I thought that was purposeful just rolled with it!” Another harmony.
“Oh, I thought that was on purpose, well, you looked (and sounded) great either way,” a third commented.
Musgraves made her SNL debut on Saturday when she performed her songs “Deeper Well” and “Too Good to be True.”
The “Follow Your Arrow” singer is currently gearing up to release her album “Deeper Well” on March 15, and she recently said that her new work will be a new era for her music.
“This new album is an honest examination of my transformation in the last few years,” the songwriter wrote in a press release earlier this year.
“I became more focused, grounded and confident than ever before – and knew I wanted to create a multi-sensory experience that nurtures self-discovery and our connection to the natural world.”
