Kate Middleton was reportedly seen “happy, healthy and relaxed” while visiting a local farm shop over the weekend, but – strangely – there were no photos taken of the princess during her alleged outing.

Onlookers claimed that the sun The Prince and Princess of Wales stopped by a farm shop in Windsor after watching their children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, exercising.

While these rumors may provide some royals with comfort and a collective sigh of relief that Middleton, 42, is doing well, they also seem to raise more questions than before.

“After all the rumors that were going around, I was amazed to see her there,” an eyewitness told the outlet. “Kate was shopping with William, and she looked happy and looked good.”

The source added of Middleton's visit to the Windsor Farm store, which is located just a five-minute drive from Windsor Castle: “The children were not with them, but that is a good sign that she was healthy enough to go to the shops.”

The Post has contacted Kensington Palace for comment.

The lack of photographic evidence documenting Middleton's health outing fails to quell whispers about her health following planned abdominal surgery on January 17.

Since returning home from her two-week stint in hospital, the Princess has largely kept a low profile, choosing to recover from her home in Adelaide Cottage at Windsor.

Last week, Middleton's senior staff claimed they had not seen or spoken to the princess in recent weeks, and were only aware of her health problems after surgery.

The princess was last seen in an official capacity on Christmas Day while attending church in Sandringham, England.

The mother of three is not expected to return to her public duties until after Easter, which falls on March 31, 2024.
