The bodies of a family of four were found in West London’s Hounslow district on Friday. London police said they were from Poland. The services said they are not currently looking for anyone else in connection with the case.
According to London police, the victims were 39-year-old Michael, 35-year-old Monica and their two children, 11-year-old Maja and three-year-old David. The police further said that their relatives have been informed about the incident and post-mortem will be conducted to find out the cause of death.
Earlier, Sky News said the victims could be Polish, citing one of the family’s neighbors, who, however, said he did not know them well.
Police said they received a call Friday afternoon from someone concerned about the occupants of a house on Staines Road in Hounslow, west London, and when they entered, officers found four bodies.
“Our investigation is at an early stage and we are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident. However, we are keeping an open mind and urge anyone who believes they have relevant information to contact us as soon as possible,” she said. Police Detective Linda Bradley.
Maja’s mother, a school friend, told Sky News that her daughter had been trying to contact her since Tuesday but she had not responded to messages. He added that he thought the whole family had flown to Mallorca because they said they had a plan for the man’s 40th birthday.
