Intelligent minds are over r/HyruleEngineering has done it again. This time, instead of building something entertaining like A real hamster wheel for Yunoboor Destructive drones That would get Link into trouble with the ICC, a fan took an in-game scale to weigh things and get a sense of how Kingdom TearsPhysics work, the results are somewhat unexpected.
The latest in the running adventure game series, The Legend of Zelda: Kingdom’s Tears It features a very powerful physics and crafting system that allows players to work with simulations of propulsion, aerodynamics, electricity, and more. While the game often tasks players with solving puzzles based on these principles, and offers a range of freedom allowing for different solutions to different problems, fans have taken huge liberties with physics and generous crafting systems to build everything from useful compoundsAnd Death machinesAnd Traps for enemiesAnd The basic building blocks of a computer systemAnd and much more. And now, someone has built a scale to try to discover and measure the inner workings TotkAmazing physics system.

A couple of days ago, Reddit user RecomendationOK6842 revealed its creation work scale. And they had some interesting findings to share.
The only Zonai that works here is a single stabilizer; Everything else is done with a series of wheels and platforms to put things on, and see which one is heavier. There are some serious mysteries here. For example, boulders of different sizes seem to weigh about the same.
The Link also weighs the same as a mobile Korok. And perhaps most surprisingly, it weighs about 10 apples. Try to figure out that math in your head.
As one Reddit user replied: βThe link weighs 4 pounds? Very funny. The other fact: Helian apples weigh about 15 pounds each.β
Other users have taken this opportunity to create new vocabulary that reflects the results. “What do we call the said unit of measurement? The gram? ” user fahdriyami asked. β1 Hyligram = 10 apples? So a link weighs 1 hyligram?β
Another user went on to speculate that, since they once ate 10 apples to restore their health, they could have eaten one Hylian instead. This makes as much sense as I would have expected for medieval science and reasoning. Now I wonder if Princess Zelda weighs as much as a duck?
