During an argument in 2019 at Nottingham Cottage, Harry’s home and Meghan’s Kensington Palace, William allegedly called Meghan “rude”, “difficult” and “abrasive”, and claimed she had “sacked half the staff”. In turn, Harry accused his brother of echoing the prevailing media narrative about his wife.
Harry wrote that William “seemed aggrieved”. “It seemed as if I had not meekly obeyed him, that I had been so presumptuous as to deny him, or to defy him, to refute his knowledge, which came from his trusted assistants.
