A royal expert has reported that Prince William was angry over his brother’s recent controversial interview on US television. Prince Harry told NBC Today this week that his late mother “did her part” in getting his brother William to deal with his family and is now “helping my family”. Rebecca English, royal editor of the Daily Mail, said the comments “show Harry’s general level of dissatisfaction with his brother”.
Speaking to MailPlus Palace Confidential, Ms English said: “Instead of a reconciliation, the visit and interview will only add to the sense of weariness that many members of the royal family are feeling when it comes to Harry now.
“Maybe not for the Queen. She is very keen to keep the lines of communication open with him.
“She loves her grandson. Her ability to separate royal and family matters is remarkable.
“But I don’t think it’s the same for other members of the family, particularly the Prince of Wales who is said to be at the end of his bond during this interview and Prince William.”

Ms English continued: “What William will find particularly distressing are the comments made by Harry about their latest mother, Diana.
Harry commented on how he felt that Diana did her part for William in his care and children.
“And now it’s time to focus on it, which is quite strange for you to say.
“I think it shows Harry’s general level of dissatisfaction with his brother.
“In Williams’ perspective, in the past, he’s made clear that he finds this kind of attempt at his late mother’s estate very difficult.
He added: “Obviously the circumstances are different but I feel it in almost everything I do now.
“But certainly more than at any time in the past two years, no question. She is watching us.”
He said he was “sure” Diana would be proud of him.
Also during the interview, Harry dodged questions about whether he misses his father Charles and brother William
When asked about Charles and William, the Duke told presenter Hoda Kotb: “For me right now, I’m here focusing on these guys and these families and giving everything I can, 120 per cent to them, to make sure they have life experience.
“That’s my focus here. And when I leave here, I come back and focus on my family which I miss so badly.”
