Thousand Oaks, CA – After a wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.. He tweeted on Wednesday that the Los Angeles Rams’ contract offer did not reflect his value, and coach Sean McVeigh indicated he didn’t think this would be the team’s final offer.
“Los Angeles knows where I wanted to be,” Beckham tweeted. “…but they didn’t give me…..anything! So I wonder what people want me to do, I know my value and what the show was not. So it’s hard to say that I could go back even if I thought I finally found this house !”
Beckham signed with the Rams in November after he was released by the Cleveland Browns. During the post-season, Beckham had hit 21 hits for 288 yards and two touchdowns before tearing his left ACL during Super Bowl LVI.
“I love Odile,” McVeigh said. “We have an ongoing dialogue. He also knows that I definitely don’t think it’s the last [offer] That would come from us. I’m not familiar with what it is. He knows how we feel about him. We have little time.
“But [I] I love Odelle. Nothing but good things come from me.”
The Rams still have a name plate in the locker room of their Beckham training facility. The Rams have not been quiet about their desire for Beckham to return. In September, during a press conference, Cornback Galen Ramsey He brought up the receiver in one of his answers and then paused to say, “Odell, come on.”
