Zinc coffins have been found in a dump in Belgorod, western Russia, near the border with Ukraine, in which Russian soldiers who died in the war are transported, the BASA portal reported. According to reports from residents, several coffins with icons and bags were thrown into garages on a street at the same time. “People were, to put it mildly, shocked when they went out to take out the trash and saw the zinc coffins,” it wrote.
Belgorod residents reported to the police that funeral workers were throwing zinc coffins in ordinary garbage. As Bhasa emphasized, the bodies of soldiers who died in battle are brought in such coffins.
