The exact cause of death of singer Sinead O’Connor has been revealed a year after her passing.

A year before her death, O’Connor announced that her 17-year-old son Shane had died after being reported missing. His body was found in the eastern Irish coastal town of Bray. The musician tweeted, “The light of my life, he decided to end his earthly struggle today and is with God now. May God have mercy on his soul and may no one follow him. My little one, I love you so much. Please rest in peace.”
