Recently leaked images of the SIM trays revealed the new color options in which the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ will debut. Now, a new report claims that Samsung will include a creative AI Photo Editor tool in the Galaxy S24 series similar to what we already see in the Google Pixel 8.

While the Samsung Galaxy S24 series is expected to have a lot of AI features, one notable AI tool that could come in handy is an AI-powered photo editing tool that could give the Pixel 8 a run for its money. According to the details shared by the leaker Lupine puzzle on XThe list of features also includes the new generative mod, which has already been speculated in previous leaks.

The new Samsung Genetic Edit feature will help users fill in the empty spaces in the image

Based on the new information, the new AI-powered photo editing tool will be available on all Galaxy S24 devices. The Galaxy S24's AI photo editor tool removes and moves unwanted objects in photos. Notably, it can also create and fill empty spaces in the image in a new area outside the original image using artificial intelligence.

For now, it appears to be a clone of Google's Magic Editor and the AI-generated photo editing tool on the Galaxy S24 is expected to be capable of that as well. In the description, it is also worth noting that to use the Genetic Edit AI photo editing tool, Galaxy S24 users are required to log in with a Samsung account and also have an active internet connection. This means that the feature will not be completely dependent on the panel and will require cloud access to operate.
