UK Charts: Luigi's Mansion 2 HD scares the competition

Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD has launched on Switch and has once again proven to be a success for Nintendo, storming to the top of the charts to claim the throne. There were undoubtedly some concerns over the game’s price, but that doesn’t seem to have affected its performance in the UK – at least in the short term.

Eldin ring It also continues to make its mark in the top ten, with the standard game coming in at number four and “The shadow of the iridium tree“The release came in at number six. Meanwhile, Sega’s recently released Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble failed to make much of an impact on its debut. The Switch-exclusive game entered the charts at number sixteen.

Otherwise, it’s pretty much business as usual. Familiar faces round out the top ten, while only minor shifts impact other major Nintendo titles in the top forty. But sadly, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance has now completely fallen off the charts.
