The Patriots and Vikings have half of football in the books as these two clubs crown a three-header on NFL Thanksgiving Day. At halftime, the teams were held at 16 each.
After being kept on field goals in Week 11, these two offenses wasted no time getting into the end zone to start this game. Minnesota needed just eight plays to travel 80 yards to score a touchdown on the game’s opening drive. Then, New England matched that score with one of their own as Mack Jones connected with Nelson Agholor on a 34-yard score.
From there, the offenses traded field goals before Kirk Cousins connected with TJ Hockenson for a touchdown before halftime. With about 90 seconds left, the Patriots were able to tie the game with a last-second field goal.
So, which of these teams will fold in the second half? We’re about to find out. While this game continues to unfold, check out our live blog of Thursday’s match where you’ll find real-time analysis and real-time highlights.
